Virtual VBS!
We are so excited to announce that VBS WILL BE HAPPENING this year! With one modification, though. Instead of you bringing your kids to VBS, we’re bringing VBS to your kids.
This summer, on June 1-3, we’ll be using a quarantine-friendly VBS called BOLT. With minimal preparation, easy-to-follow instructions, and a video that leads you and your kids step-by-step through each of the 3 days, BOLT is designed for you to perform with your family at home. It’s so simple! If you feel comfortable enough, you can even invite over a few friends to experience Bolt together! Send your friends the link to register!
During BOLT, you will get to participate in an origami craft, learn songs, hear Bible Stories and do fun games that illustrate what it means to listen to, focus on, and follow Jesus. It’s great for kids 5 and up. But you can modify for younger kids and even middle and high school kids can enjoy it!
*We will be putting together a small bucket of goodies that can help make your Backyard Bolt experience even better. You can pick these up at either Tempe or Gilbert depending on the day/time that works better for you. If you do not want a bucket or you live out of town, no worries. The items you will need can most likely be found around your house!
Backyard Bolt! Bolt Towards Faith in Jesus!
Get ready for some backyard (or living room) fun!

Supplies: The supplies you will need are minimal and can most likely be found around your house (like a sponge, straw, crackers, and paper). BUT...we thought it'd be fun for you to have a Backyard Bolt Bucket with some supplies to add to the fun. We will have safe pick up procedures for you to drive by and get yours at either our Tempe or Gilbert campus. You will choose your day/location for pick up on your registration form. **If you do not want to come pick up bucket, no worries! If you live out of town but you are still joining in for the fun...hooray! You do not need the bucket to participate!
